Pricing Guidelines

We provide a very straightforward and easy-to-understand pricing model. To keep the cost down for the client, we assume you’ve already done the necessary groundwork sufficient to conduct the analysis.

We assume the documentation provided and adequate for analysis. Based on this assumption, the cost is $1500 per position evaluated.

(For example: A small company of 12 people may have 1 CEO, 3 managers with equivalent positions, and 6 customer service representatives with equivalent duties. This would be 3 positions evaluated if the CEO is to be included.)

If no current salary grade system exists, cost is $2000 per position to be evaluated.

(Reflects the additional cost for us to evaluate and group similar positions.)

We assume comprehensive job descriptions exist for all positions to be evaluated. Additional cost for us to develop new job descriptions for evaluation is $1,500 per job title.

just a few questions to get started

Each compensation study is unique in and pricing dependent on the number of specific positions, the number of staff holding each position, currently salary grade for each position, and a detailed job description for each position.
